I have translated as
NHS Trusts :
Spécialités chirurgicales et la plupart des médicales ont commissionné en utilisant des contrats de coût et de volume ajustés de la charge de cas
But I am not sure if it is the right usage of "commissioned using cost and volume contracts adjusted for casemix".
Can anybody help me out?
