casse(e)(s) et melange(e)(s)

Explanation:
As far as I know, chopped = hache(e)(s)
and blended = blende (e) (s)
However, it sounds strange for pills, both in French and in English
and I would probably say here: casse(e)(s) et melange(e)(s)
Would that be of any help?

* I apologize for the missing accents, I don't type them directly from the keyboard, but insert them from symbols in word, which I can't do here, unfortunately.

émietté ou broyé

Explanation:
Je pense que le terme "émietté" traduit mieux le mot "chopped".
