Certains disent "procédures opérationnelles standard", mais je ne suis pas d'accord (et je ne suis pas la seule) car "opérationnelles" sous-entend que c'est déjà mis en place et que ça fonctionne, alors que "opératoires" indique la manière dont il faut s'y prendre pour mettre en place et pour que ça fonctionne. |
