Exercice balances your blood sugar and often means tou need less medication.
If you are doing regular exercise and you find yourself **going low**, talk to your diabetes team to adjust your medication.

En ce qui concerne l'exercice et ses bienfaits, il faut que chaque diabétique apprenne à gérer son propre diabète et soit à l'écoute de son corps (éventuellement avec l'aide du médecin traitant), car bien que l'exercie fasse :
- baisser le taux de glycémie,
- diminue la tension artérielle en
- et rende un traitement médical plus efficace,
les médicaments combinés avec l'exercice peuvent trop baisser le taux de glucose et provoquer les malaises liés à l'hypoglycémie.

neutral  Colin Rowe: If you feel weak?? Surely this could have all manner of causes (e.g. too much exercise!), not necessarily anything to do with low blood sugar. Or am I missing something here?

  -> As you very rightly noted Colin, we are very clearly talking about diabete here, so "se sentir faible" would immediately prompt the idea of "low sugar level" or "hypo" in this context.

disagree  SJLD: no, this is referring specifically to blood sugar levels. Diabetics measure this regularly, so they know if they are "low" or not. It's not a matter of "feeling" something..
