English to French translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Medical: Instruments / infusion pump
English term or phrase: Infusion complete
Dans un texte de localisation "string" sur Excel.
J'ai d'abord traduit par "PERFUSION TERMINée", mais j'ai ensuite vu la phrase suivante au début du texte:
'Bitmaps Translation is Case Sensitive and requires exact text length as shown below'.
Ma question concerne davantage l'aspect technique de la traduction : Cela veut-il dire que les termes français doivent avoir exactement la même longueur?
Auquel cas, je ferais mieux de traduire par "PERFUSIO TERMINÉE"?

Perfusio n'est pas un mot et je ne crois pas que case-sensitive signifie des problèmes à ce niveau
