Explanation: En terme de chirurgie orthopédique, il est fort impropable, voir même
impossible qu'une vis se desserre, car lorsque l'os ou le cartillage se reforme ou que le ciment prothétique a scellé les éléments, la vis ne peut pas tourner, mais elle peut tout à fait se désceller suite aux mouvements, aux chocs ou toute autre action externe. D'autant plus
qu'une fois cassé l'os est beaucoup plus fragilisé.
