Je traduis un protocole d'étude de phase IIa.
Je bloque sur :

D'après ce que j'ai compris, LPI devrait signifier "last patient in", mais je ne connais pas l'équivalent français et ne suis pas sûre de la manière dont je devrais formuler la phrase.
J'ai pensé à :
Une analyse intermédiaire déterminera la progression de l’étape I à l’étape II, et l’enrôlement de patientes sera interrompu une fois la dernière patiente incluse à l’étape I.
