I suggest you use "dosage quantitatif sur plaque" until you know which method is being referred to (ask the client).

No, it's not "dosage de la plaque" but a "plaque de microtitrage" is used to do it - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microtiter_plate
Some sort of chromatography technique - probably HPLC. Or ELISA.

The problem is that there is no sentence Quantitative plate assay is just written in a table. I was thinking of "Dosage quantitatif de la plaque" but I cannot find this sentence in French when I google it.

Can you give the complete sentence in which "quantitative plate assay" appears? Is this referring to determining the plasma concentration of ramipril? In any case, assay is "dosage" in French.

As for the plate assay, what substance is being assayed exactly? A plate assay can be a count of microbial colonies (comptage/numération/dénombrement de colonies) on an agar plate (sur plaque de gélose), or it can be a quantitative PCR assay (dosage quantitatif) using microtiter plates (plaques de microtitation/microtitrage), for example.

I am a native English speaking medical doctor and I can assure you "polyunia" does not exist. The hits you get for polyunia are optical recognition errors usually. Open a few refs and see for yourself :-)

I'm pretty sure that polyunia is a typo and that it should be polyuria, as you already suggested. Not sure of the best way to say plate assay in French
