English term or phrase: G-2, P2
On a medical report for an individual: "She is a 30 yearr old married female, G-2, P2. She is in excellent health..." I have never seen "G-2, P2" or anything like it on an english medical report.

G = gravidité P = Parité

Explanation:

G2 = 2 grossesses
P2 = 2 accouchements et 2 enfants vivants

Parity is defined as the total number of live births ever had by the woman. This number is distinguished from gravidity, which is the total number of times she has been pregnant.
