Le piège c'est son appellation :-) La plus connue étant celle des labos Aguettant, voir les monographies sur la BIAM (base de données de l'ind. pharmaceutique) et Vdal (La Bible !) ci-dessous. Pour le Vidal, c'est un résumé en ligne,seuls les souscripteurs peuvent accéder à l'intégralité de la monographie.
N.B. : on l'appelle couramment le Ringer lactate

J\'ai oublié de préciser qu\'aux Urgences, bien qu\'il s\'agisse d\'UNE solution(donc, féminin), on dira \"passer UN Ringer lactate\". Faut évoluer, aussi vite que la pratique, mais c\'est fatigant, je vous le concère aisément:-))
