The acromion is a Type III (anterior hooked) and is moderately downsloping and is impinging upon the supraspinatus tendon.

I know it is crochu for hooked, but how to render it with anterior?

NB the shape of the acromion (flat, curved, hooked) is one thing - the presence of a spur (éperon) is something different.

L’acromion est plat en arrière et tend à se courber en avant pour former le bec acromial, classé selon Bigliani et Morrison en 3 stades : I plat , II courbe, III crochu.
Ce crochet est agressif pour la coiffe en avant et en haut et peut favoriser par frottement la rupture de la coiffe. Cette morphologie est constitutionnelle « de naissance » mais peut s’aggraver avec l’âge, notamment par l’apparition d’entésophytes acromiaux (ossifications, sorte de bec de perroquets ), admettant donc une évolution dégénérative avec le vieillissement.
