English term or phrase: will be...?---English question?

«Where the Limitation no longer applies, the amount of monthly benefit and the maximum period for which benefits will be payable, as to a period of disability caused by such pre-existing condition, will be as provided in this Plan.»

As I understand "the amount and the maximum period|" are the subjects of "will be". I just don`t understand they "will be" what?
