English term or phrase: burden of disease associated with adhesion-related hospital readmissions

"Since then the body of evidence of the extent of the problems posed by adhesions and their associated costs to healthcare systems has increased. Also, there have been significant advances in surgery, particularly laparoscopy and the development of new anti-adhesion agents. Despite this, the burden of disease associated with adhesion-related hospital readmissions remains unaltered [4] and the use of anti-adhesion agents remains low."

Ma formulation me paraît maladroite et "peu française" ! Merci d'avance.

  -> merci !!

1 day21 hrs
  -> Pas restrictif du tout. Là, on cause pharmacoéconomie !
