On trouve les abréviations WN WD NAD à côté de Consitutional
Ensuite viennent les yeux, les voies respiratoires,...

Asker: Merci mais j'ai dû mal expliquer. Ces mentions vont avec Consitutional et en face on a les cases Normal et Anormal ce qui veut dire qu'on ne mettrait pas deux fois que tout est normal ou qu'il n'y a rien à signaler. Il s'agit ici de quelque chose qui est examiné par rapport à la constitution du patient

Il me semble que BEG rend bien le sens et c'est ce qui est couramment employé dans les dossiers médicaux en France. Il s'agit de l'apparence générale avant l'examen système par système.
