Je ne suis toujours pas certaine de ce que « remedial support » peut vouloir dire en l'occurence, mais voici une autre option. Bohy a absolument raison en disant que ce n'est pas une expression très usitée, et en tout cas, elle est très vague.

Explanation:
Comme vous l'avez sûrement constaté, "remedial support" n'est pas vraiment une terminologie consacrée (deux occurrences sur le Web, et encore dans un brevet, où le vocabulaire est en général tarabiscoté). Je suppose qu'il s'agit d'un service de maintenance curative/assistance corrective, chargé d'apporter une solution aux problèmes (logiciels ?) rencontrés.
A vérifier avec le contexte, ou avec le client.
