English to French translations [PRO] Military / Defense / police | | English term or phrase: unknown trouble | Bonjour,
dans le cadre d'une intervention policière (Los Angeles), il est question d"unknown trouble" (code 404).
Selon mes recherches :
an “unknown trouble” call is a 911 call where the phone has been disconnected before the caller has said anything. It is treated by the police as a call for help. Of all the calls they respond to, the police give this class of call the second highest priority, second only to a call to respond to a police officer in distress. Because the nature of the distress call is unknown, the police respond with backup. "
Quelqu'un connaîtrait-il l'équivalent français de cette expression ? |
