English term or phrase: turnaround
Bonjour !

Explanation:
The Turnaround in blues music is used to move from one verse to the next. The turnaround can be used at the end of each 12 bar blues chord progression, but also after playing the 12 bar 2, 4 or 8 times, depending on how long the verse is, or the structure of the verse.

In most cases a basic blues turnaround can, and usually will, sound very much like the last two bars of the 12 bar blues progression. But it doesn’t have to. The turnaround is supposed to bring you back to the beginning, but it is also a great way to put in some variation in the music, add some nice short solo-like licks and make the whole simple twelve bars more interesting without making the structure more complex.
