English term or phrase: mature business
Improvements have been made resulting in a more mature business and a better-developed organization.
French translation:une entreprise construite sur des bases plus solides
Mature business means one that has developed into a viable long-term proposition, which has started making profits and has fully vindicated its business model. For example, Amazon may be on the verge of doing this.
As for the exact translation, I am not entirely satisfied the above covers it completely

a mature business is one that is well recognized in its community and one that functions efficiently; the second part of the phrase (better-developed organization) will convey the latter concept
