je pense que plus couramment \'BA\' peut être traduit par \'Licence\' ou \'diplôme universitaire\' ou \'diplôme de premier cycle universitaire\' pour rester plus vague. Cette notion se traduit différemment selon le public cible, France, Belgique, Canada, etc.
