attention à l'orthographe car le mot français est bien évidemment d'origine anglaise mais il a perdu le p de "rump" et remplacé le a de "steak" par un c.

En restauration on ne vend pas de "culotte" (rump) même si c'est le nom du morceau en boucherie.
