Hello this is Norwegian,
It means that you have to pay NOK 50 (5-6 USD) to pass with you car.
It´s a sign by a toll plaza.
You have to pay to get into Oslo, Bergen and in some tunnels in Norway.
Bom is a barrier and penger is money
