See, for instance, the European Railway News - March 1996, from which the following is excerpted: "The long strike in France caused the end of the rail link Cannes-Ranguin, because two driver positions were lost by Cannes La Bocca Dépôt. The link was operated by SNCF on behalf of SITP (Syndicat Intercommunal des Transports Cannes-Le Cannet) with the X 94630 rail car (owned by SITP, like a SNCF X 4630).
