Jules Verne's travellers experienced weightlessness only as they crossed the region where the Earth and Moon's gravitational pull were balanced. In reality, though, since they and their ship were travelling at constant speed, they would have been weightless immediately after launch.

agree  siragui: "bourde" is fine! BTW there's surely a play on words in the original, in ref. to NASA's KC-135 ("The Weightless Wonder"). Not worth translating.

Une autre idée : en inversant un peu l'anglais, mais avec le jeu de mot sur "de poids" = importante et "de poids" = force exercée sur un corps par l'attraction universelle (poids = masse x gravitation)

Autrement, j'aime bien le "sans gravité" de Julie mais le mot bourde me gêne un peu (Jules Vernes n'a pas vraiment fait une bourde, il était plutôt visionnaire ?)
