révélation/aveu de dernière minute/dernière chance


Explanation:
Il arrive parfois que les clients ont peine à se "séparer" de leur thérapeute, une fois la thérapie terminée. Peut-être que le client voit dans cet aveu/cette révélation sa seule chance (dernière chance) pour prolonger la thérapie et repousser la séparation?

Ou tout simplement, au moment de quitter le bureau, un fait lui revient soudainement en mémoire... (dernière minute)
