(A) The Premises are vested in the Tenant for the unexpired residue of the term of the Existing Lease
(B) "The Premises are vested in the Landlord in fee simple in reversion immediately expectant on the determination of the term of the Existing Lease"
(C)The Landlord desires to carry out the Works to the Premises upon obtaining Planning Permission for the same
(D)Upon completion of the Works, the Tenant desires to determine the existing Lease and enter into a New Lease
WHEREBY IT IS AGREED as follows:
