Connaissez-vous la signification du terme "seeding" dans la phrase suivante ? Il s'agit d'un texte provenant d'une société de gestion d'actifs (immobiliers) :

"The process for the Resolution of Conflicts and the ***seeding*** of a property to a particular fund is described below."

On le retrouve dans d'autres phrases, dont :

"It is essential that a manager involved in the dispute resolution process satisfies himself that he has the capability to proceed, if the asset is ***seeded*** to him"

Pourrait-on le traduire par "affectation/attribution" ? (l'attribution d'une propriété à un fonds, l'actif attribué à lui, etc...)

J'ai opté pour attribuer. Je n'ai pas choisi "céder" dans ce contexte car j'avais déjà "disposal" plus loin et que je n'étais pas sûr qu'il s'agissait de cession pour ce contexte precis de "to seed". Merci à tous !
