Gosh I just hate having to do translations which are outside my core competence (i.e. pretty well all of them). Anyway you will find on successive posts some rather technical terms from the arcane world of property law. I would be very grateful for responses from those of you with experience in this area.

“The lease to be excluded from the security of tenure and compensation provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act, 1954 Part II (as amended).”

So far I have “protection du locataire” for this, but there must be something better.
