Indeed, Writeaway has analysed it more carefully than I; the subject of 'obeys' is indeed 'Creation', as I had failed to spot.

I don't believe this could be in any way an example of the passive voice, the conjugation would be all wrong, even allowing for poetic licence.

peut être qu'on peut comprendre de cette façon:

la Création chante les louanges de Dieu .....
et c'est elle (sujet du verbe 'obeys') qui obéit à la volonté de Dieu

On the face of it, the language seems a little odd here, even for poetry / lyrics.

Perhaps you could check there is no error in your transcription of the source text, and maybe tell us where this comes from?

What appears odd to me is the use of 'obeys' without an apparent subject (since God's will can hardly be expected to be 'obeying' anything) — unless there is a preceding implied other subject, or the conjugation of the verb is wrong?
