English term or phrase: Midsummer's night
Not much context unfortunately: a story in which one character asks to be brought back in time (907 AD) for a sacrifice due to happen on "Midsummer's night".
Thank you for your help!

la nuit du solstice d'été
Explanation:
"sacrifice ... "
Without further context, it sounds more likely to be pagan than christian.
Hence my suggestion that dispenses with references to christian saints.

Example:

-> Thanks - that is a good suggestion as it sounds a pagan context.
