neutral  Tony M: But as we see from the refs. given, these are not necessarily floor-standing... / In that case, we end up with simply 'présentoir', which once again is too general for this specific term.

Explanation:
Ok, so "présentoir de tête de gondole" seems to be too vague / broad.

I found another ref (below) that seems to equate "power wing" with "sidewinder", aka "barre-route", a (temporary) floor stand in a supermarket aisle.
