Explanation:
"déchet ou sous-produit d'un processus de fabrication"
la notion de sous-produit est à mon avis suffisamment vaste pour couvrir les différents cas possible de "arising", et elle préserve la notion de valorisation ou de recyclage, le déchet ou waste étant plutôt sans valeur marchande ultime
