Hello - it's possible there's a comma or a slash omitted between 'grouper' and 'cod.' I did find references to 'grouper/cod,' indicating the terms were interchangeable, one reference to 'blue cod grouper,' and some seafood specialty shop lists indicating that grouper can designate cod or trout. I also stumbled across a heated argument on whether or not a certain Pensacola restaurant was serving cod since there was a ban on fishing grouper in the Gulf. Hope this helps.
|Thanks for ref. Asked Ms same questions : coma? cod=grouper?|
