About sailors' abilities
I can sail close hauled, on a close reach, beam reach, broad reach, and ***on a run***

Also the title of a game is "on the run" but I'm not sure if this is the same expression or if it just means "en fuite" to illustrate the move.

Ici le marin maîtrise toutes les allures.
