The only thing that comes to mind, given that question is considered offensive is "ho" slang for whore. This could be a nickname given to a girl may with highest level of participation.

Y'en avait une qu'on appelait "Collants en feu"


Explanation:
"Hose" me donne l'image des collants (avec en plus une évocation de "loose" 'lâche, détendu,...à force d'être retirés!)
"en feu" juste parce qu'il y a "heat" dans "Heather" et que ça correspond à peu près à l'activité principale de la demoiselle!

sorry, I don't have a translation for you, but I would guess that "hosely" may come from "hose bag" (which happens to mean about the same thing as "ho/whore" although it's a bit more graphic!)
