Explanation:
La "fast lane" est la voie de dépassement, sur l'autoroute. To live in the fast lane, signifie "vivre à cent à l'heure". Je suppose que ça correspond (plus ou moins) à ce qu'on appelle "branché", en français... (bien branché correspond plutôt à "trendy", mais bon...il faut voir le contexte...:)
