A mon avis, ce poste (qui ne semble pas être un poste politique)n'existe pas en France comme en Angleterre où il y a même des prisons spécialisées. Je n'appelerais pas le "officer" un "officier". Sans plus de donnée je dirais "agent".

La formation des personnels pénitentiaires ne prévoit pas de programme spécifique concernant la situation et la prise en charge des étrangers incarcérés, sauf pour les élèves CIP qui bénéficient d’un module de 9 heures au titre de la formation initiale. Ni les futurs directeurs d’établissements ni les personnels de surveillance ne sont sensibilisés à cette problématique abordée - ou non - dans le module « différents profils de détenus ».
