French translation:embout
Explanation:
I beleive they are talking about the end of the brake cable and I have looked on several documents in French to check if there was an eqivalent to nipple end. I could not find any but it seems that "embout" (or butee) is used to describe bike cables.
" Embout de câble de frein
500 pièces
MCW930
Embout de câble de dérailleur
500 pièces
MCW950"
I hope it helps a bit
