"Championship meetings are “owned” by a governing body or an organisation for those eligible to take part. The organisers will be granted the right to stage the championships according to a set of regulations and practices. "

J'ai l'impression que " for those eligible to take part" ne fait pas spécialement partie de la première partie de la phrase. Je comprends le sens littéral, mais ne suis pas sûre de la signification... Parle-t-on ("those eligible") des athlètes, ou de ceux qui vont avoir le droit d'organiser le championnat? Le texte qui suit ne parle que des régulations à suivre une fois qu'on a reçu le droit d'organiser. Merci d'avance.
