simple centre
Explanation:
"SINGLE BULL
On dartboards configured with a bullseye consisting of two concentric circles, the outer circle is commonly green and worth 25 and the inner circle is commonly red and worth 50 points. Hitting the outermost ring of this type of bullseye is a "SINGLE-BULL"

My kids got a French dartboard for Christmas and the rules mention "le simple centre / double centre ou bull's eye" - so I conclude that the single bull is the simple centre.
And the answer to the question is b): 3x20x2=120 ;170 - 120= 50 = Bull's Eye
