English term or phrase: Copy Image/Change Desktop Background/et Desktop in

More than a translation, I would need a nice colleage and Mac user to check what are the exact terms used in the French Apple environment for what is here in quotation marks. Also is that OK to use the keys "?' + "V" on the French keyboard ? Is it producing the result it is supposed to ?

Here is the text/context:
For users of Mac 8.0 and above. Place your cursor over the image you want. Then click and hold. When the pop-up menu appears choose "Copy image". While holding the "control Key". (probleme avec la ponctuation !) Place your cursor over the desktop and click. Choose "Change desktop background..." Press "?" + "V" then click "Set Desktop"

Explanation:
(copy image)=copier l'image,(change desktop backgroung)= changement de l'arrière-plan (du bureau) you can use du bureau but it's not necessary,and finaly (desktop)= bureau and yes it's ok to use the ? and V keys
