"Lexture aléatoire" ou "mélange" Explanation: Sorry, I read the explanation (about the mute button) and missed the heading (shuffle) of your request. My instruction book for CD player translates "shuffle play" as "lecture aléatoire". This is the function you use when you want the CD player to play the music pieces, but in randoom order, i.e. not in the order they come on the CD. Same with CD-Rom.
