Happy Christmas and Hanouccah!
Le produit désiré, le produit cible, le produit que vous recherchez
The expression "to set about" means, among other things "attaquer (quelqu'un ou quelque chose)". According to my dictionary, this is a coloquial expression. But the rest of the sentence makes me think that this might be the meaning here. You enter a number to select the product you want, the product you are targeting. Ok, it is pushing it a bit, but it does make sense. I would consider translating it as above, if you think it makes sense with the rest of the text.
