normalement, je dirais que c'est plutot "plaisir pour les yeux" ou chatoyant, mais dans ce contexte je crois l'auteur voulais dire "tape à l'oeil"--c'est à dire, des produits qui font beaucoup de bruit mais ne sont pas aussi performants.
