Holds vacuum in one direction, and not in the other (similar to a Vacuum Check Valve). Will slowly release the vacuum that it holds.

Explanation:
Avec le peu d'infos, j'ai trouvé des tas de valve mais
soupape s'ouvrant...sous l'action d'une différence de pression entre la pression atmosphérique et une conduite ou un appareil hydraulique, pour laisser échapper, ou...rentrer une petite quantité d 'air.
