English term or phrase: "Finish system"
the icon "Finish system" at Windoows 95.
French translation:système finlandais
This would be the most obvious way to translate it.

(leave it in English)
The whole sentence (as quoted in your comment for the expression "direct access") is a little confused and not very good French. But I presume it is the name of an icon, and therefore, you could use it "as is" and leave it in English. People in the know will understand what it means. Otherwise, you could just translate it literally as "systeme de finition" ou "finir le systeme", but since we don't quite know what it is all about, I would be a bit leery of chosing one. By the way, "systeme finlandais" would be "finnish system" (with double n) in English, not "finish system". I somehow don't think it would be the right translation. Sorry I can't help more than that...
