RF=radio frequency, souvent abusivement traduit par radio-fréquence, ici dans une radio (un récepteur radio probablement, mais sans plus de contexte...) il s'agit de la partie Haute fréquence et fréquence intermédiaire (FI) si elle existe. Vous pouvez abréger en HF.
Componant = composant

Il s'agit ici vraisemblablement du circuit intégré qui renferme toute la partie HF et FI (à l'exception de quelques composants externes) comme on en trouve aujourd'hui

la traduction complète serait donc :
"Le module central d'une radio numérique, depuis le système de sélection des gammes jusqu'au composant intégrant les parties HF et FI"

remarque : vous verrez souvent "radio digitale". Ce terme n'est pas accepté en principe, mais il faut reconnaître que les publicités y font massivement appel.
