| facilities team maintenance Explanation: Bonsoir Alain, Si je comprends bien le sens de la phrase, c'est le service facturation qui envoie la facture au service Facilities. Ce dernier terme a plusieurs significations, mais dans ce contexte, je pense au service maintenance (voir site ci-dessous). J'ai travaillé dans une entreprise où les employés étaient tenus de payer leurs communications personnelles. Lorsque le service comptabilité n'arrivait pas à identifier les communications personnelles, il faisait parvenir une liste de ces communications au service du personnel qui se chargeait ensuite de la distribuer aux employés.
