Données de protocole LAN pour trames, ça me semble étrange comme tournure. Mais, il me semble que ce sont les données de connexion et de protocole...donc 'frame' ne serait plus un verbe alors...Je demanderai des explications au client...

I can't profess to be an expert in this field, but it seems to me from the structure of the sentence, Gilles' hunch may well be right, and this might well be a verb here: "in order to arrange the connection and (to) frame LAN protocol data"; I don't personally see what 'arranging' could be done to 'frame LAN protocol data" if it were either a noun or an adjective; on the other hand, I can understand how LAN protocol data needs to be organized into 'frames' so it can be transmitted...

It could also be an adjective describing LAN procol data i.e. to arrange both the connection and frame LAN protocol data.
I agree that a "to" could be missing (or inferred) in front of frame (a verb). Asker GM is very competent in the field and will know which is possible.
