It may now be in the hands of cable repair and they will have to try and clear a pair to cut your line to. Call back in and mention the tkt# ..."

Si dead pairs signifie paires non alimentées, alors cleared pairs signifie paires alimentées, et ayant recçu une "clearance" comme quoi elles fonctionnent bien

J'aurais tendance a dire que toutes les a pires alimentées sont cleared, donc soit utilisables, soit utilisées

Asker: Il me semble que des paires non alimentées sont des paires où la communication ne passe pas ("débranchées" d'un côté ou de l'autre), alors que des paires "cleared" seraient non seulement des paires alimentées, mais en plus des paires libres, donc utilisables. Les paires alimentées sont-elles toutes utilisables?
