Malheureusement, il n'y a pas beaucoup de contexte. Le terme apparaît sous la catégorie "Features and Benefits" et dans la phrase suivante :

In garment construction, we grade (trim the seam allowance in a graduated manner) in order to reduce bulk (thickness). So, my suggestion is épaisseur.
